Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 2 years or 72 units of college education.
• Preferably with 2 years sales experience in real estate
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• High emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of the sales team.
• Conduct weekly huddles and sales meetings
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
• Coach agents and develop top performers
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents
• Support client presentations and join trippings when needed
• Resolve client concerns and coordinate sales director and partner developers
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
